365/48 – A little splash of H2O

Monday was another very busy day, with meetings and errands sucking up most of my free time. However, ater brainstorming for a few minutes on what I should photograph before I went to bed, I decided to hastily try out one of those water splashing shots you see in ads. In the end it didn’t turn out so good, but it’s a starting point for me to try a new technique later on. This was shot with my Canon G11, synced up to a Nikon SB-25 via a SC-17 cable. The flash had a 6 inch snoot attached and was off to camera right at a 90 degree angle, around 10 inches or so away from the glass.
