I would have liked to have posted this yesterday but I couldn’t get things to work out quite right in time so here it is now: the slightly edited version of the interview I did with “Joe”.  You can listen to it here.  I’d say it’s worth your time checking it out, even if you only listen to the first 5-10 minutes.
