Here’s a good cartoon I picked up while making this video. I started making something else, kinda ‘motto’ as we call it in the military (motivating), and then I came across this picture:
And then I found more like it, and it made me think about what could possibly be going through these people’s mind that they want U.S. soldiers to die the way they do. But, the video evolved into something more, turning into a video about all the different ‘anti’ this and ‘pro’ that throughout the world. I’d say it’s an interesting watch. It may not be suited for ladies though as some of the signs are a little crude.
We had 6 people, including myself come to the service tonight. I think it went well. We’ll see in the near future. I spoke out of 1 Tim., talking about the different people it talks about it in some ways. I think it went well.
Other than that, things are going good. We start more ops tomorrow, but, I think us mechs are getting some mechanic training (about time). Hopefully it’ll be good. Below is the video. Let me know what you think. Oh, the song in it is by Brooks and Dunn and the title is “Holy War”.
Jacob, I liked your video. It amazes me that you were able to retrieve these pictures. I can’t help wondering when I look at these pictures that at one time, these men and women were children!!!I wonder what went wrong in their lives….war is hell, however, there is good and evil in the world. We will continue to fight the evil and the good will prevail. Satan is behind the evil….he enjoys it and hopes for more. Keep your head on straight Jacob and help to keep our country safe from the evil that is all around. Some people are so blind that they refuse to be leaders and see that without fighting, we become followers and like the millions that went to the gas chambers we will die! Thank you and your platoon for your sacrifice.
The video was very well done Jacob. The part that actually got me the most though was the end…the part where you come in in written words at the bottom…”Lord Please help us, Jacob”
That gave me chills. Only after watching your video did that line have such an impact. I know that we are way in over our heads and without the Lord we have already lost this war. You are right to ask the Lord for help.
I miss you being here. It wont be the same until Jordan and you and safe back here in Jacksonvile…where you belong. I missed your call this morning. I was on my way to work and didnt see it until i was already here. I will call you tonight.

sorry its been a couple of weeks since i talked to you last. Hopefully everything is going as planned. I m glad i was able to see you for the little time that i did. It was God’s blessing letting me stay an extra day to see ya. Hopefully i ll talk to you soon and give me call when you get a chance.
