Hey everyone. Long 3 days. It was horrible for multiple reasons. Anyways, here’s a picture of our base camp and a video of us doing a night shoot with tracers. Note: There’s 4 rounds in inbetween each of the tracer rounds. Oh, and we burnt the range almost all the way down earlier in the day. We had to stop firing for a while so the Fire Dept. could come out.
Do you have any footage of the fire? If you did that would awesome. This may sound like an odd request, but you must remember that I am a major pyromaniac.
Another odd question. How do you know which tent is yours? Are they all identical, or do you mark them in some way?

Jacob, like I told Jordan, if you need help when you go over to the sand pile,just let me know…I am training a special group of attack cats, we are geared up and ready to help!
No, unfortunately, no video of the fire. I didn’t want to pull out my video camera at the time, but, supposedly a couple of other guys in our unit took video and pictures so I need to link up with them. It was big though. Thank goodness the smoke was blowing away from us otherwise we would have all suffocated because of it.
Also, no, we don’t mark our tents. We just remember which one is ours. You get used to it.
Also, good to hear from you Justin. I’ll be in Jax sometime around the 3rd or of the 5th of March, I hope you’re still there.
